My services include but are not limited to:
1. Review of postmortem files including scene investigations (police, fire department, medical examiner/coroner offices, prison personnel), autopsy reports, photographs, toxicology reports, death certificates and ancillary tests. A written synopsis of the pertinent findings as well as opinions will be provided.
2. Independent written report for all histology slides provided.
3. Review of all medical records. A written synopsis of the pertinent findings as well as opinions will be provided.
4. Review of all medical imaging studies provided. An independent interpretation as well as opinions will be provided.
5. A written response to targeted queries in reference to the case
For case review and generation of a comprehensive report I bill $500.00 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours ($2,500) which is the retainer (certified check) that I expect to receive with the case material.
For depositions the fee will be $1,000 for the first two hours or part thereof and $500 for each additional hour.
For trials the fee will be $5,000 per day of court, in addition to all travel expenses.
